Sam Triplett, a dual native of California and Colorado, has made his home in Los Angeles, California since 2020.

Both in his screenwriting and his visual art, he draws inspiration from his time serving in the United States Air Force as part of the Intelligence Community; his five years in Mainland China, including Nanjing, Shanghai, and Chengdu; and his three years in Taipei, Taiwan.

He holds a B.S. in International Business and a B.A. in Chinese from San Francisco State University, and an M.A. in Film & Media Production from New York Film Academy.

Sam first began editing video in 2015 while working with influencers in China. The initial videos were social media oriented Vlog, Livestream, and Promotional content. Over eight years, his content has evolved to include narrative short films, micro-documentaries, social media content, and commercial content. Cinema4D and After Effects.
